The Official FIFA 12 Club(11v11)

We could do set positions but hands up who would want to stick to just playing as a defender or a goal keeper for the foreseeable future?

This is the issue we need to find a solution too. Like someone suggested we could say for example SoAdCrAzY can play CM or CB. but that defeats the logic of sticking to one position though. SoAdCrAzY will have to only play as a CB or a CM.

The issue is this, How come me and doom and a few others can play CB, CM, CF and just about anywhere on the picth fine and stay in positions fine?

If i can personally come in and play any role in the pitch and still do a decent job, why cant others do the same?

If we could all just jump into any positions and play that role properly we wouldn't have any problems right?

my VP is not even a defender yet when i played CB last night i got man of the match. When i was partnered with doom we both where immense. Point? If you understand football well enough then you know what each role does in the field and as long as u stick with that role you have done you part.

I truly believe if we get mics up and running we would be a better side as at least i or others can shout at anyone out of position.
 
Cool thanks. all we need is a 10-15 slot channel and where good to go.

Anyways, due to lots of us being new to clubs. lets try the practise mode. The captain can start a practise session by selecting it from when where in the dressing room menu.

Lets do this whenever their is a large umber of us on. worth practicing passing and postioning and movement for like 5-10mins before starting a proper club match.

Also our default formation will be 442 diamond formation. i agree with dooms formation as it will contain a dedicated DM as well as a Attacking midfielder. this forces the two center mids to stick to a specific role instead of both clueless and bombing forward leaving no support for the back four :(
 
I'l try and convince DooMeR to come back and give it a go. i think its unfair to give up after a few days play Imo. most are new o this game mode and we should give people a chance to get use to this game mode.

@DooMeR if your reading this please reconsider. You and i played just as bad when we first ever play clubs mode in consoles So we should give these guys benefit of the doubt.

Once were all in mumble we should play a bit better. i also like the idea of doing a mini practice session for 5mins before each game to get people going and warmed up.
 
Yup a massive improvement last night and i do think using mumble does wonders. i know many couldnt chat but at least those that could, were able to communicate with everyone which was great.

i think matt was the only guy who wasnt on mumble as many occasions i told him to clear the ball or pass to me and he diddnt and realized he wasnt on mumble. the rest where and when i did tell people to pass to me they did which was great. i think communication is the key and hope many others can be more vocal. i think having me and otehr experienced players on the mic helps a lot.

playing clubs is very similar to real life where you got to communicate and have a leader on the pitch shouting at players which i tried to do last night :)

keep it up lads we are doing well.

Shall i change our kits to say the england kit?

use manual through balls, thats what i use
 
Btw, Zero is our vice captain if you have not noticed. i picked the person who has played the most games and will look to recruit another vice captain soon.

When your a vice captain you are not allowed to kick anyone from the club without informing me and other vice captains about why you wish to kick a person. You can however add any newcommers to our team without my consent :)

did they remove it from the patch? Because on sunday i was able to view my player in the squad list
 
Damm it!!

Seems like if i dont play clubs, no one else is bothered to do so and instead i find out that some have actually jumped shipped and joined another club! Instead of various people joining different clubs, why diddnt these guys messaged eachother on origin to play some clubs?

Yes ok i have not been on clubs and i do have a valid reason. its because i am also running a league here :(

Come on guys dont give up on clubs! You dont need me to rally up everyone to play. If u fancy clubs. MESSAGE me and others online. Dont use teh excuse that no one is only because as i am typing this message, there is 7 people online, with 4 already playing fifa!

Come on lets get clubs going again

We are organised and a pecking has been established, This is not a boycott at all as everyone is welcomed to join.

We are after active organised folk but by that I do not mean on every night... Just enough so we know your about or interested.

It felt as if the players playing well would come across other players taking up there spot and destroying the mood as we didnt want to be nasty.

Sounds like a boycott to me, the EXACT same people that are in your new club were in this club too so i fail to see what was the point in creating a new one were like i said before, all u and the other 5-6 members had to do is to message eachother for a club game :confused:

IMO it was pointless to join another. OK fair enough if NONE of us where interested in clubs but 6-7 of u was and u all jumped shipped?? makes no sense whatsoever IMO.

And to top it all off, your recruiting/poaching more of my guys here :(

Whats funny also is that had i not messaged some of u for a game of clubs i would not have known this. Thanks for ruining our club :(

There was regular talks of creating a new club where we all knew our roles.

We had people thinking that they could drop in and spoil the fun for the regulars and this was a huge problem.

As for invites sent out they was not informed about the new club but the invites were there sent to players that were active and may want to join.

To be honest Baguio City had 32 Players in the squad list at one point yet only 6 regular players. We simply got bored of people dropping in on good results that ruined it.

Pick the dummy up jon and come play with us as this was not directed at you at all!

Thats a fact and we rotate roles when its not working, Each player has a role to play and if you dont do it correctly you are rotated... but if your hammering you role you should not be rotated due to someone feeling like they need a goal.

Sorry but you are just proving my point even further. You first say u moved away from this club because no one else played and now it is because you feel that other none active members "may" and i quote what you said "may" spoil the game for everyone. So please point me to which members here spoilt the game for u?

This rule you have of playing in position i believe is not good imo. Because what if you eventually recruit all of us here and we all come online and most of us are good at playing as a LM. only one player can play at LM and someone will have to play in a less attractive role. how is that fair?

Its clear to me that you and others jumped shipped. disrespectful IMO as i organised this club for us all and most likely, without my help, you would not have known of the others who joined your club.

And now you are recruiting more of the guys here. Now lets see. if i and many others here join yours. where back to square one, we are back to the SAME team we had for baguio city so again what is the point in making it?


And whos to say u wont abandon the club u are in again making a new one?

End of the day, its blatent you jumped shipped, took advantage of this club when u knew some of us where playing 1v1 league and began persuading others to join your club. All rigth behind my back. If i was so welcome to joining why diddnt you tell me ages ago? Theirs me thinking "everyone" was not interested in clubs due to teh 1v1 league i setup(i hope u dont **** that up too) and all along you and others went behind my back and made a club on your own.

disrespectful after i set this one up. Last time i will ever sort and organise something out in this forum if this is how people carry on.

O and i wont join your club out of the sheer way you have handled this situation. made a mockery of my efforts. cheers mate. Hope u dont do the same to my league setup.
