All this bickering would have stopped if people communicated better. Me and tna have tried our best to deal with issues but seems our ways diddnt work with u and others. A shame. Maybe me and tna arenbad manager?

This is the last time i'm going to say it - my leaving had nothing to do with anyone from them in charge at how they were running the club, how people played on the pitch and all the bickering.

In my case, it seems you and Trance are looking for a definitive answer from me as to why I left. I don't have a definitive answer for you.

And ive since cleared the air with matty along time ago and both understood what the problem was. Now there is really good chemistry with us. Because there is the right approach to Fifa Clubs.

When i suggested my game plan and approach to tactics it was shot down in the lobby by "undercover boss" and his 12th wonder of the world speech.

But the others who are with me now, are very happy with my approach to fifa clubs and time i take to explain to them on a man management base. and results show and performances. I take the time to talk to the team and squad members to explain what can be done and how to get better , i dont bark at members and force them out of position.

Missed this post earlier. Just got back from hospital so I thought I will clear one last thing up. There is no under cover boss... Doomer as you may have noticed is a manager also. But he hardly communicates with me on origin about clubs stuff. I talk more about that stuff to jon or before matty. Doomer speaks little, but I find pretty much all time what little he does say makes sense, to me anyway.

Seems to me you just joined and wanted to be another as doomed would call it "chief" and when that did not work out for you, you left. As for barking, well now that jon has gone down the route of naming and it is no longer a mistery and that you bring up barking, I have to say it was your barking originally that got me to ask mat to play out of position, that then led to all this... Lol.

As for taking the time to talk, I made it abundently clear people should talk to me and some chose not to. Good luck with your new club though.

Oh and jambo, i did ask you on origin why did you leave also, and you never answered. Does not bother me much as you think, but I think it does wind jon up a bit :p Sure it would have been nice to know the real reason, but I ain't that interested, so don't worry, that will be the last time you will be asked about it from me. No biggie, let's just move on now :D

I never suggested it was bothering you.

I posted my reason on here but you two have dragged it on by making a wrong accusation and wanting an answer out of thin air.

In hindsight, perhaps I should have posted on here/sent you a message on origin that I was leaving. But I felt I didn't need to as it is no big deal
 
Me and phil have only ever tried to help people out and make the team better i said i would take a back seat with the manager role and leave it to others. My criticism was only ever aimed at the team rather then any one player.

Mad weegie maybe people would have listened to you more if you had proven your self over a number of games, it seems to me you just came in and wanted to change things after one or 2 bad games.

I can go only what people told me but i heard you was saying the formation was no good and it lacked width and it was too narrow and compact yet aginst us you played 532 which is very like the one we play now just a bit more defensive.

I Personally don't care whos left the club i have no hard feelings with anyone and i even gave mattty some advice today when he asked for it. But i can understand why john and trance are botherd by it since its more there club then mine. I think one or two are coming on this thread and rubbing it in there faces a bit and trying to wind them up when all they have tried to do is make a fun and fair club for everyone. Maybe i am wrong about that and maybe its just friendly banter i dunno.

@Jambo i think you leaving the club has botherd them more then the others leaving because you been playing with us for a good 2 or 3 months, just to leave like you did without even giving them a reason or message or anything must be a bit wtf for them.

Not my tactics or setup we played on gimpos match! I played thre just for active matches then left. This matter is over with in my eyes. You guys i talk to are sound on origin and cant fault any of you on that subject. We have our team and you have yours , ill enjoy passing you by on the way up the table :)
