Good games today. Hard one's, kept getting teams that were 6-7k. My 6'10" CDM was not as useful today :(

Tried out creative striker and was not bad. Scored a nice goal and kinda set up a few for doomer. But I do struggle when I keep playing different roles. Takes me ages to adapt. But it's all good. Fun to mix it up :D
 
It was pretty hilarious to see Trance's 6 foot 10 defensive, holding midfielder run up and down the pitch. It was like watching a wild horse run fleeing away from a car (or Andy Caroll attempting to dribble). 6 " 10 and still can't nod in a header from 5 yards though, tut tut! :p

The team is going very well though, I do feel however that we could improve positionally, sometimes I look at the radar and it is just a mess of dots all over the place...

Yeah it does get like that at times but not said much as we are improving as a team. People need to learn when were playing good teams, we need to move differently sometimes. Always runnin forward. People need to make different runs or one offer to drop off as get tracked to well. I do try sometimes but then people don't seem to want to pass to you. A lot happier with the team though and should only improve.
 
A new guy has added me on origin and wants to join us. He played against us in his previous team and liked our team.

I asked him some questions and he said "my static was 34 match 9 goals 19 assist in former team. my overall 86 and i play left mid, central mid, attack mid or left back. im online everyday after afternoon".

He is also flexible and does not mind play any position.

What do you guys think, give him a trail or not? Not added him yet, just want to see what everyone thinks first. I am thinking as SoadCrazy said recently he won't be playing much anymore, he can be replaced with this guy, that is if he passes trail. So squad size will remain the same.

As long as he listens, does not mind playing any position and is active, I think it would be good.
 
I have no problem with giving this new guy a trial. I have only one suggestion: that is that when he has his trail as many people as possible is on mumble including you trance. this is so we all agree how good the new recruit is and there are no missunderstandings about whether he should make the cut or not.
 
defo. i think for all newcommers they must be in mumble else no trial. this is for us to speak to them and tell then whats what etc.

We can also see if he fits in with our banter :)
 
you missunderstood me jon. I ment that the new recruit is NOT on mumble but everybody else is. This is so he plays as he usually do without being influenced for the first match and he shows his "true colors" during his trial.
