Loving it so far its a lot harder then last years since u cant have passing assistance on, You have to use the new defending so you really have to time your tackles.

Been playing in def mainly so far

chances of that happening is slim from my experience unless all of us are all active players who will play this game mode to death:D

Anyways in past club games you can play multiple games by joining into a different dressing room.

Tonight i will make the club and invite u all, please make sure ur on steam and join the steam chat group
 
Damn, I want this game. Will be next Friday when I can get it.

I've been playing the demo a lot trying to get better at defending which is working apart from when I'm against Barcelona.

Also, for people who have played it: do online team play/pro championship matches still end in draws or can you do ET? Thanks.

How much of a necessity is Steam going to be going forwards for club? Are we going to use it to communicate if people aren't using microphones?

Only asking because I don't have it running unless a game requires it to start (which FIFA won't) so I'm unlikely to be on it frequently unless you hold a gun to my head.
 
Steam is a must as its the central main hub for our club. not all members are from ocuk and during a club match we will communicate in the steam group chat. This thread is really a recruitment thread. for proper discussions amongs us folks in the club, make a post on steam. You can access the steam group and post messages through your web browser

Also i found out this morning you can add fifa as a none steam game as well.

Sorry for all who do not like steam but this is the only solution. we NEED a central hub that is common to all and in this case its Steam as all of us have a Steam account.

Origin would have been fine on its own if it had a "Origin Group" thingy but right now it doesnt. its very very basic.

Please note that not only am i organising clubs for us all but i will also organise 1v1 online leagues amongst us basically i am building a large community for us to all enjoy fifa 12 together. their is around 15 already in our steam group and counting.

I am going to add some of the guys who have posted their steam id's now in a minute.
 
very peed off now just installed the game now telling me i cant play until I download a 3.3gb patch really sucks due to isp restrictions I cannot download until the 8th. Reason i got disk ver and not download was to prevent downloading large files.
Will never buy another EA game again and will torrent any ea game i want in the future..

Pre-ordered this game 6 weeks ago, come 30th wheres my game? Still awaiting dispatch! T*****S! By the sounds of this 3gig patch looks like i'll be pulling more hair out, should have just torrented too, would have been so much less of a hassle and saved me money.
 
Looks like I won't be receiving this any time soon, got an email from every little no helps saying they have stock delays. Requested a cancellation. Might go for PES 2012 seeing as the gameplay is better, unless I can find Fifa12 for £20 or less somewhere else.
 
Rainforest sent mine yesterday but it isn't here so it'll either turn up tomorrow, Monday or never.
