Looking to replace a few of the oldies now, and need a new keeper by looks of things :(.

Dont you hate it when they sign a contract, and then u reject a bid and they're unhappy, grr.

If you get him early enough in the game you can get him very cheap. Leave him for a few seasons and he'll improve loads to the point where his CA is quite high and so the club will want mega-euros for him.

Just won Euro 2012 :D

Beat Germany in the quarter's, 1-0, England 1-0 in the semi's and Portugal in the final on penalties :D Buffon saved the first 3 pens, we scored ours.

Bring on the World Cup 2014 qualifiers.

Guys, the kit and face packs from the OP don't work anymore. I'm wanting to patch up the English leagues with both. Can anyone recommend where I can get packs for both?

Thanks
Which links don't work? If the actual link doesn't work, can you still see enough of the link to make out the site to go to?

lol.
He has his assistant manager on 20k, as Fulham.
Im Milan, yet cant offer over 14,750!!!!!! lol. :p.
Conclusive proof, if it was ever needed, that Fulham > Milan. Whether AC or Inter I don't know. :p

i'm thinking about getting FM2008. I've not played it since it was know as champ man and I fancy a bash at it!

thing is, i only have a laptop so I'm not sure how well it'll run. it seems to be in between the minimum and recommended spec.

AMD athlon dual core 1.8ghz
1GB ram
erm...some sort of shared graphics card thingy, that shares system ram :(
plenty of hd space!

I'd only be looking to run the english leagues and the primera division of la liga. reckon it'd cope or would it be a soupy, frustrating mess!?

Im currently running FM08 ok on my laptop. Its a Celery 2.8GHz, no mobile version. 512MB Ram and some shared onboard graphics.

Your laptop would be ok.

Once you start to play, you would realise what you have been missing.

Do the patches update the speed of the game? Still using the 'out of the box' version from the CD :p

Thanks once again Marc :D

Thats made it a little clearer. Im currently 2nd, behind England. I did win England in the Euro's and moved up the table 1 spot then when I won the Euro's I moved up another spot to 2nd.

I'l just try and do my best and get as many points as possible. Ive looked over the rankings for Italy before I took over in the last few years, they have not been in the top spot. Time to change that me thinks :)
