If the goalkeeping workload is OK with one keeper then you can do with just one. If it is a little heavy then perhaps get another coach who isn't much cop in anything special to help out. His goalkeeping rating won't affect the overall rating and he'll help reduce the workload.

sorry to sound like an idiot.. how do u see his workload? how many players can 1 coach comfortably handle?

Go to Training then Coaches. Look at the Summary at the bottom of the screen. You'll see a table with 4 columns. Training Category/Number Of Players Training/Coaches/Workload/Rating.
The workload column will give you a hint about how much work a coach is having to do. I like to try and make sure mine are all on light so that they can give as much time as possible to each player rather than be overwhelmed. Unless you have 6+ keepers in the senior coaching time or 6+ in the youth coaching you should be OK I think.
Most sides will have no more than 3-4 keepers in the senior or youth sides so one decent goalkeeping coach should suffice.

Im still manager of Fulham/Czech Republic, won most of the things i can. World Cup 2010 is over. Do i stay with Fulham another season and move on - leaving a team i built and took a lot of time on, or stay there and maybe get a new international club?

7 star coaches aren't that hard find though, just use the settings I mentioned from the post you quoted and you should find loads... whether or not they sign for your team is another thing as I'm not sure which team you are using.

I'm using reading, I have 7* in everything but def, shooting and Set pieces atm. Most think we're too crap

However after restarting as Reading again due to a raid drive failing I managed to get time to read around the tactics and theories behind FM08. I decided pretty quickly that my old Assistant Kevin Dillon needed the boot. I read that an assistant needs good: Man Management, Motivating, Level of Discipline (if your team does a lot of yellow cards etc.) Deteremined and good at working with youngsters as they will manage the reservers and U18 sides. Also decent judging skills helps
I think I found a pretty good replacement in Brian McClair! what do you think, could i have done better? He wanted 10k a week but i could only offer £5,750. So i just wacked up the signing on fee and he came

well guys i got bored of playing my game and wanted a modified database to play with for awhile.
I came across an interesting little modification
from this site (you have to register to download) http://www.fmformation.net/
there is a DB which basically has all the english team players on free transfers at the start and you have to build yer dream team

personally I found this a hoot, however one of the bugs in it is sometimes you only get a wage budget of 0 so you need to change that using FM modifier 2.2 to be realistic.
The other thing is that all the european sides go in for players as well so you have to be quick

Well I'm pretty much rockin' it in League 2 with Darlo. After a pretty attrocious start I am now on a 17 match unbeaten run in the league and sit 6 points ahead of second place, Peterborough.
My goal difference was poor due to the lack of decent finishers in my squad so I started to look in the reserves and youth teams, I found a lad called Shaun Reay. He'd scored 12 in 13 games for the youth team so I thought I'd give him a shot in the team. After another draw away from home (0-0) enough was enough, Joachim who is my top scorer (11) was dropped and Reay started, he managed to bag two goals in the game and we won 2-1, next game we won 4-0 and he bagged a hat-trick!! I was over the moon!! So it went on from there, we just beat Peterborough 2-0 away which was a tough game but a crucial result.
It looks promising so far, I have no money to spend but due to my feeder club being Boro I'm able to get some decent talent in the squad (loan) in Owens and Craddock. Owens has done excellent for me.

I'm in profit, but have paid £6m for Cristian Nazarith, and have just spent £9m on a Brazilian CB! The first 2 real signings of any money since the start of the game (only other one was a 160k 16 year old)
Turned down both Everton, Newcastle and Valencia, and I'm rated as World Class have have been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid!

Yeah how odd, yours must be an act of god lol, I dont think Zola has ever done much defending. He really really should be 7* set piece coach imo maybe the patch after Transfer Window will fix him

Then in the top right there is a box to see, pre-match, half time and post match effects
