Loving that skin, I've never really changed skin in FM games before. Are there any good sites with other skins?
Sortitoutsi (or more affectionatly known as "Susie") tends to have the best skins I find - they don't have loads but the majority are very high quality skins, such as Dynamic although Dynamic deserves the best skin of the game really. Other than them I guess it's just a case of trawling through other FM sites like fmunderground, thedugout etc and looking for better skins. Can also find some decent ones on the official forums, which is where I found Flex skin which is very good and I used that for months before I switched to Dynamic.

Ok…. Last year I won the CL & league, got beat in the league cup final. This year I’m in the semi finals of both cups and 18 points clear at the top of the league winning my last 10 scoring 30 goals and letting in 4. – UNGRATEFUL SMUCKS!

Lol. Oh dear. They are actually offering your job to someone else? 
I suppose all you can do is to do as well as you can, win games and if you are winning games go on a run of wins. Improve morale of players by praising them and offering them new contracts.
What is the financial status of the club like? Try and reduce the wage bill if it is near the limit. Even if you are under it. Perhaps sell off players you don't need to try and generate some transfer funds to increase the club's balance.
And if that doesn't work, sell off the creme de la creme and jump ship.

Money and moral is good, the league is now won (in april) and in the semi finals of both cups, drawing both the first legs away. Everyone is happy apart from one player who is on the transfer list. They have not offered my job just paper talk saying they are not gonna offer me a new one, and on top of what the board are saying. I really can’t do anymore. Double leage champs and lost twice all season.
However…. Some of my players are “worried by lack of managerial disaplyn” how can I resolve that? I fine them if they get sent off????/

Ah right. Yeah you need to perhaps warn players if they get sent off for two yellows or a straight red. Then fine a weeks wages if they get sent off again. And so on.
