So is this guy releasing his own work or re-releasing Packmanch's work?

If its the latter it is understandable. He can choose how he releases his work, in single packs or megapacks. Its no-one else's decision to release his work in a different way just because they don't like it.

If this guy is doing his own kits then Packmanch doesn't really have a right to say not to release them in a megapack. Your work, you choose how you release it. Someone else's work, they choose. Unless they are passing your stuff off as their own.

read my post about the dead links, go to the official page over at FMGLive (link in Marcs first post) they have all been updated to FileFront links. Also Packmanch helped create SS08 and keeps upto date WIP lists etc, so if he says he doesnt want a megapack uploaded then it doesnt. Although if your that lazy I suppose someone who has most packs uploaded might do it for you against Packmanchs consent anyway. Doesnt kill you to download the past you just want at first then update as you want :)

Not all SS08 packs created are Packmanchs work (however most are :)) the Template however that is used to make the kits was done by Packmanch and a few other lads, so in theory every kit made is sort of Packmanchs work.

The person has probably just downloaded the majority of peoples work (i would get he hasnt made any himself) and just wants to upload them, which I see as wrong. Once all packs have been made and Packmanch and other Creators allow there packs to be uploaded again then a MegaPack will be released. It wont be too long either before this is done because the WIP list over at FMGLive is getting smaller daily
 
Vagner Love is a great player to sign.

Any recommendations on a left back & two centre backs? Can spend upto £5m on each. Or i can just get centre backs.

Breno is a good, young centre back. Might be right on the limit of your price though.
 
Ahh how annoying, transfer window passed just before it was finalized.

Hate it when u press space it jumps too far :p.

Ah OK. Well as I said his work he has rights over. If he's made templates then he's made them for others to use and to release their work with. It is their choice whether they do a league/club pack for each league/club etc or just a megapack.

The person who has the majority of the SS08 packs isn't entitled to re-upload Packmanch's work even if he's not modifying it or using his templates. If Packmanch wants to release his work club by club or league by league that is his choice. Whoever this other guy is can compile all the SS08 kits into one for himself to backup etc but not to upload. :)
 
Finally started my first 'proper' league, actually sat down and concentrating with what I'm doing!
Leeds are the chosen team, and picking up from real life, three 1-0 wins from my opening three games in which two have been away from home so relatively happy. Need to bring in some new faces though, especially a striker!

Winston Parks can be bought on a free transfer. Also Andy are you using SS08 kits there, I cant tell from the screenie however if you are you need to download the default kits with white effect to get rid of that white texture background you have from the original kits.

I'm using the SS08 kits. I've just downloaded the default kits with white effect. Where do I put them? :o
