I actually expect 4.1 will sort it to be honest. But I still say, even after the muppet got involved, that iOS 5.1.1 is more responsive than Android 4.0.4.
Ergo, Android sucks, iOS rules and Google should be broken up and sold for scrap.

Anyway Robfosters you can use a Cloud service like Google Drive/Dropbox. Or I think Google Music does something like that (I'm not familiar with it) but it's not out here yet.

Music-wise then Google Music will do that, at least of a fashion. There are plenty of apps that install server software on the PC and stream it to a smartphone. Usually transcodes on the fly etc for video, too.

But it's still an added cost to the device when clearly that's not the direction they're going in.
If you so desperately need to carry around massive amounts of media with you for some reason, there are plenty of other tablets that will allow that.

Ive been using google music for awhile, got a invite from this forum and then needed to use a proxy, just took a look now and there is no more invites so I guess it is out of Beta. You can just stream everything and just save what you need, overall it is pretty smiple to use.
