The Official Hearthstone : Heroes of Warcraft Thread

tried playing miracle rogue and lost 5 in a row :(

switched back to tempo rogue and now i'm at 16 and 3 stars :)

and my f2p account is now my £7 account :o

i did get Bloodmage Thalnos, Captain Greenskin and a gold Gruul (which i de'd for Leeroy) in the 7 packs though so was more than worth it :D

Thats amazing luck for 7 packs, you certainly seem to have some luck on the EU account! On my EU account, its been at least 20 packs since I have seen a Legendary. :(

I have started a F2P NA account, maybe I should buy some packs on there....:p

And if you can't and he has a taunt or something hes useless :p 9 mana for a 8 damage charge isn't all that great imo. Entire turn for him. Pyro can do that, and you can have 2 in a deck and doesn't get countered by taunts. I'm going to DE mine when I get 1200 dust for gromm.

This game is so annoyingly addictive lost hours to "just having one game"....

:)

Its even more annoying when you are at work, and you suddenly think - "what if I tried card x in deck y, that would be beast!!!!"

Then you realise you are at work and can't try it. (I dont have an ipad :p )

Ye it's just such an RNG game, everything about it is RNG. My cousin is averaging about 1 legendary every 15 packs it's crazy how many he gets.

I'm up to rank 4 now on my miracle deck, i seen u were interested in playing the deck i could help u out if u would like some tips?

i actually prefer tempo rogue to miracle, it's just more consistent and better all round i feel.

unless i am facing handlock and then it's gg :(

I swear I could just hear Blizzard executives laughing their asses off right now.

heh I've put quite a bit more than that into it... but 650+ ranked wins and a daily entertainment since october I'm more than happy with it. Bought ESO and played it for 3 days before quitting, I'd say it was worth it.

Yep 2 months straight now and still playing HS every day, not many games give me that much entertainment if i'm honest.

:), the only other game that even comes close to this for me in sitting down to play and then losing hours in what feels a very short amount of time is the civilization series.

and wow £80 on this game, i mean i enjoy it but would never pump in that kind of money to it.

Tempo is good but it feels like it lacks something to get over the finish line.

I've kept leeroy and 1 shadow step in the deck so still have a decent finisher but just really don't like waiting for the full miracle combo and would rather have a more balanced deck.

The fact I don't have any preparation's on my EU account really hurts a miracle deck also.

I wouldn't even consider playing miracle without 2 prep's tbh, deck just does not work otherwise as u wont ever get enough draw.

Just played an arena won my first 2 games then lost the next 2 games in the 1st turn literally. Mage gets double mana wyrm at the start and warlock gets voidwalker and flame imp on turn 1 with coin...... Mean while i am left to totem up and watch as i never come close to getting board control back.

Then a hunter gets the bow along with 4-5 traps with double hounds to clear my board on turn 6. No luck at all in arena lately.

It's last day of the ladder. I won't play any more today and am going to sit on my Rank 6. Used Warrior but he's not great in the current meta and the games go on forever so ranking up takes ages.

How did everyone else do?

Hit rank 4. Got stuck there for a week. Got fed up played some random troll deck determined to win at least one game with it lost like 8 in a row then gave up lol. Went back to rank 5. Then just started testing decks fell lowest to 7 and finishing at 6.

Really looking forward to the new season and a bit of variety in the decks again as the climb restarts :p
