My guess is you'll just hold your finger on the home button to bring it up.
The power / lock button atop the phone doubles up as an IR emitter, allowing you to use the HTC One as a TV remote control

Don't think so, HTC have gone 'all in' with this one.
It's only a tiny update, about 15-30% faster at best. No-one would notice...
They have to pay MS patent royalties and don't want to.

The camera looks utterly brilliant through... big standard pixels (around 2µm) with optical IS. Superb!
