*** The official HTC One X thread ***

I have a One X running a custom ROM. My CID is HTC_001.

What do I need to do to just install stock JB? I don't get OTA updates with this ROM and would like to just run the stock firmware as I'm more than happy with it on my Nexus 7.
 
Willhub has a HTC_001 cid not HTC__001. HTC_001 has not been confirmed yet as to which compatible HBoot version it's going to be used. But some reports say HTC_001 is the same as HTC__E11 thou.
 
The cause of my problem was a c/p error by the OP. I've got it working now and battery life seems a bit better *touch wood*. Camera also seems slightly better, still a bit cack in the dark though :(

Not sure if I should get one of those custom camera mods if they're really any better?
 
Eh? the one series phones are the best for night/dark shots when it comes to android phones :p

As said, select low light mode, it makes a massive difference, could also try HDR mode.
 
HTC_001 doesn't exist. It's a character short. HTC__001 is the UK CID for WWE ROMs, if you look at the updater-script of a WWE OTA update you'll notice it includes quite a few CIDs to cover other European countries.
 
Just got a Software Update through on my Vodafone One X!!!!!
Then I look closely:
Software updates:
V 4.0.475679

Great, so we're waiting for Jellybean and instead they roll out another update for the older OS.
Fingers out Vodafone!!
 
Had an update for the One X+ come through the other day on Vodafone. Only had it a week. Really happy with it so far. Currently on v4.1.1. Already want to root/flash it though :p
