I'm now concerned to read that majority of Huawei devices are not fully compatible with Android Auto, I might have to cancel my order. Does anyone use it here?

Right, got a chance to do some test shots.

Unfortunately, it's not as good as the CM1 was. But honestly, that's almost an unfair comparison. Just keep in mind - this is not a DSLR, regardless of what the marketing guys say. Still, nothing comes close to the quality of the CM1. It might not even be at the quality as the Samsung K-zoom either - although I'm still trying to find a test shot I can do a like for like comparison against.

In the photo mode is seems to over process colours making photos look hyper-real. If you use the pro mode - the photos look a lot more true to life in colour.

Ok - here are some test shots

Here is a comparison between a CM1 (taken a few years ago, so not exactly the same lighting) a P9 and the P20 Pro

Here is a side by side between the a P9 and a P20 in Pro mode. Which is which? :p

WiFi calling works on BT also (well comes up but I haven't tested.) Also seems to be a lot better signal than my previous phone (galaxy note 4)

I'm loving getting rid of the control buttons. I've got a mediapad as well, so I've got used to using the home button for all controls on that. Frees up even more screen.

Yeah I haven't really changed much on mine other than remove the control buttons and just use the home button.
