The time font is massive and not particularly nice.
That's alright doesn't look bad.
I think I've found a bug already. When in a call and the lock screen comes on the call buttons are mashed in with the lock screen!FFS who told me it was ready!

Does anyone know how I add widgets to an existing Lock Screen on iOS 16

You can't, you need to create a new lockscreen to get any of the new features, e.g. widgets, being able to edit the clock font etc.
You can delete the old Lock Screen afterwards.

It takes a while for the phone to index your photos etc after the update.
I’m sure this makes sense to someone at Apple
I’m mainly excited about the customisable Lock Screen.
I'm not even getting the option at the bottom yet I'm on two supported iPads.
