Seeing similar here regarding battery life, thought that could be haptics. Not surprised though. It's even smooth on my IP8. I'm seeing a small decrease of battery life though but it might be collaborating still.

Notifications keep showing at the bottom of my lock screen, any way to get it back to just displaying under the clock? I've changed the notification 'display as' setting from stack to list but no joy.
I also wondered about that, I believe they are fixed in that position (regardless of list/stack/etc).
Do you not just swipe up directly from the lockscreen then? As opposed to unlocking, swiping down and then up as you say…I really don’t understand it. I’m swiping down for the Notification Centre and then having to swipe up to see older notifications. For me the whole point of notifications is to have them notify me and stand out on the screen. What’s the point of all the blank space? Or am I just using it completely wrong?

Doesn’t that defeat the point somewhat?Automatic CAPTCHA solving with iOS16, wasn't aware of that, very cool.
It verifies you using your iCloud account.Doesn’t that defeat the point somewhat?
Glad it wasn't just me that thought this!Doesn’t that defeat the point somewhat?
Makes complete sense. It verifies you using your iCloud account.
You haven't needed to 'close' apps on iOS for a long, long time. Doing so actually uses more battery and the apps will be slower to open as they won't be coming out of sleep. With new versions of iOS do I not need to 'close' loads of apps down? Last time i was on iOS and recently on android, i'd have to mass close like 10 apps at once after switching between them all.
I can't seem to see any 'open apps' menu.
Well thats blown my mind! I've notcied you can do it by swiping up and pausing, but if you say I don't need to - then i'll just not botherYou haven't needed to 'close' apps on iOS for a long, long time. Doing so actually uses more battery
