Mine says shipped too. White 64gb wifi. Like a kid waiting for Xmas here.

Syncreon Technology UK Limited are the carrier. Who on earth are they?

Amazed how many people seem to be ordering white ones. Personally I think the white iPhones and iPads just look a bit too 'plasticky' or cheap compared to the black.

I too much prefer the black ones. Got a black 4S as well so was natural to get the black iPad to match. They will also all match the screen bezel of my iMac and MacBook Pro.

They don't ship them earlier than the release date though, despite what any shipping conformation might say.

All I'm trying to point out here is that we have a couple of posts, then somebody says.

"Mine just shipped, does that mean I might get it Monday?"

Somebody explains...

Somebody says something else...

Then another poster comes in and says:

"I just got shipping conformation, will I get it at the start of next week?"

I'm just wishing people would read the thread really. :o
 
I said this either earlier in this thread on in another thread here but I got my original iPad a day early delivered by TNT.

This was 2 years ago and I doubt I'll be so lucky again, but I've taken Thursday off work just in case :D

True, but it is useful to know how others' orders are progressing.

Anyone else seen the Microsoft touchscreen video?
Have you ever noticed that there is a serious amount of lag between when you move your finger on a touchscreen and when it actually registers that input? Perhaps you haven't, but most panels and controllers out there suffer from about a 100ms delay

Would be nice to have that on the iPad, I know when I've been bored and started drawing stuff it's quite laggy.
