what this thread shows quite clearly is that adults are overgrown kids..lol 
In the original iPad thread I was the first to post a picture of the shipping box the second it arrived and a picture of the iPad, and won an ecookie which was very tasty, so I look forward to seeing if I can be the first in this thread

Ive never bought through apple online store before I have always bought from Meadowhall store and been so lucky to get all my items... But this time I was not able to risk it as that busy at work so ordered via website... Mine is shipped but when does the tracking work via UPS?

Im the opposite, Ive bought all my apple stuff online, never been an issue always arrived as promised. UPS Tracking will probably start showing something on thursday. Don't worry :>
As soon as it starts actually moving. So gets collected by UPS I presume.

Well now I'm exceedingly ****ed off- I ordered 2 (one for the g/f and one for me)... My 32gb has been cancelled today. No reason given/no phonecall/no email anything. Apple closed at eight so will have to call tomorrow but they'll obviously say theres no stock now.

Quick question for you iPad buffs to break up the posts about shipping, is there any way (jailbreaking or add on devices) to use an SD card/usb stick to watch videos on an iPad? I don't particularly want to pay an extra £100 over the 32GB version to get the 64GB one.

The screen makes it a no brainer. Unless you don't care about screen quality.

Probably the best way is via Jailbreak when it arrives but there is a work atone involving the camera kit and the photo app for non jail broken devices. See http://www.pcworld.com/article/195013/ipad_camera_connection_kit_connects_other_things_too.html
Also shows what else you can do with the camera connection kit.
Upgrading from iPad 2 bought launch day last year.

On thursday night i spent about £2000 on an Imac and two Ipads.
This morning i received my Unison (Trade Union) discount card which entitles me to discounts from various national shops including the bloody Apple Store!!

iPad 1 - I got that at release. I'll skip the fourth-generation iPad and go for a fifth-generation one.
