Battery life on the 11 pro is great, taken off charge yesterday morning at 07:45, general use of email, facebook, photos, camera, spotify and now at 60%

I almost feel bad about having my Pro on constant charge at work but on the weekend the battery life really impressed me

This happens a lot, 50% of liquid damage cases I see are due to the sim tray

For 3 days in a row? Unlikely. Never had this issue on my XS Max. Got an appointment at the genius bar tomorrow at 4 so hopefully they'll switch it with a new unit.

Genius Bar doesn’t have replacement units yet (.. at my store anyway ..)

If it came from Apple bring receipt and box and they will swap with a retail unit, otherwise better go to place of purchase

Probably not if it's been going on that long and everywhere you go!

At work though, mine always says good signal but no internet - same with everyone though so I know it's not my phone

What cases do people recommend for the pro?

Currently I'm considering:

1) Standard product red silicone
2) Nodus folio
3) Nomad active leather case (waterproof)
4) Belroy

I’m using the Apple see though one. It’s very nice, and fits as snug as you’d expect.

As he says a very nice case. I’ve had clear case in last and never stayed in as dust got i between. The Apple are just right hardly anything gets between

Got the Tozo ultra thin case off Amazon and with a Popsocket and 3D screen protector it's niiiiice. Makes the gold iPhone a dark bronze until I can find an ultra-thin clear case that doesn't suck.

Mrs. got an 11 today. I just don’t know how it could be beaten really. I have found the XR to be absolutely stunning, the only annoying thing being the lack of bokeh on the camera for non-human things.

Now, problem solved.

Flawless tbh. Well, unless you want to pay £££ for some zooming on a camera, or slightly narrower bezels... or a slightly better screen. Hard pass.

I have an XR as a work phone, using them side by side you really get to notice the differences in the display. But then I have an OLED TV as well so I'm used to the deep blacks. The XR just looks like a decent LCD to me, nice, but not OLED nice. I also find the size of the X (and now 11 Pro) to be nicer, although I have big hands, I'm much more used to a smaller phone now and the XR feels bulky. It's a great phone though, I can't deny that. Horses for courses.

Yup, no doubt all those things are true, but the underlined point is quite relevant. Just depends if you have a desire for ‘the very best’ I suppose. Use is also relevant too and I’m very casual - I don’t think I’d make the use of the deep blacks browsing OCUK

i've got an 11 pro max coming tomorrow, ended up with the 256gb one but having a 512gb xs max feels like I shouldn't have really bothered

As some of you may know I upgraded or would you say down grade from a Xs max to a 11 pro. In 4 days of using it I did like it but I was missing the max factor so I took it back and got a max and oh boy glad I did
