The Space Black is definitely a few shades darker than Space Grey. The black stainless rails are much nicer (when fingerprint free at least).

I don’t really, I just didn’t do a great deal of research as I was overdue an upgrade and just wanted a bigger phone. Lack of people getting 14 plus made me wonder if I was missing out on a flaw or something with them.

My own thinking (which you initially mentioned) is people saw the release date and thought "sod that".

If the 14 Plus fitted my budget then I’d be prepared to wait for it. I’m getting a Pro Max anyway as the Plus doesn’t interest me, not because the Pro Max was released today.

As I mentioned doesn’t bother me, just thought I’d stick my head in here to check with the people who are more invested in the phones than I, and see if I was missing a poor feature/something missing. All seems good just impatient people or people just wanting the all out best which both I get, just doesn’t bother me.

No doubt it’ll be a decent upgrade from an 11 though.

I think it could be a good seller.
If the Plus had existed in the past few years I would likely have snapped one up in a heartbeat. I much prefer larger displays and up until I got the 13 PM back in March the Pro Max models were just too expensive. So for someone who values a big display over most other features then this is for them.

I’ve been reading some reviews about the Apple iPhone Pro Max Clear Case with MagSafe and it seems the main problems are that it’s as slippery as a bar of soap and the buttons are hard to press.

I am wondering if the Apple store will have a demo model fitted with this case so I can try before I buy to see if I can get on with it.
 
Just noticed something odd, the green dot for the camera is in the middle of the island, but the orange one for the microphone is so far over to the right hand side of the screen it's nearly cut off by the rounded corners of the display. You'd have thought they'd keep them both in the same place for consistency.

Also, is the corner radius of the screen rounder now? It seems it
