Speedtest and nperf give much more accurate results than fast.com

I've had results over 1.5 Gbps on fast.com - using a 1 GbE NIC!

Still quite solid, will test transfer between NAS and phone later

I might take my INVZI MagHub 3 into work tomorrow and see if the guy at work with the 15 Pro Max can use it to dock his phone...

I think people are going to want to get the USB-C version as long-term I think they will support Lossless with other devices.

Given this is Apple we are talking about, I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't just call it the Gen 3 Airpods, its out of character for them....

Having played around with the shiny shiny new new over the weekend, Not sure I'm sold on going from Pro to Pro Max. Might drop into the local EE shop tomorrow and see if I can readily pick up a regular Pro instead. I thought the telephoto would be worth the difference, but actually, spent most of the time using the other 2 lenses when I was taking photos, and while I'm sure I would get used to the increases size (that's what she said) I'm not sure I want to.

You do wonder if there'll be software tweaks / optimisation on the 15 Pros. Wouldn't be surprised to see a different result in 6 months.

For me, any of them would honestly be fine. I don't use may phone as intensively as that test all day.
I'm sure there will be, it's a new chip. Currently my 15 pro is better than my 13 pro with 87% was. So I'm happy.

I actually quite like the 3x tele on the 14 Pro, which is essentially the same camera as the one on 15Pro. Not sold on the graphical leap and just need to suck it up for another year with the Lighting charging.

Has anyone received their trade in pack from apple/brightstar yet? Mine hasnt arrived yet and the tracking on their website doesnt appear to be currently working.

It's here and.... software update.

Initial impression are whilst the phone is large, I think I'm going to enjoy the size of the screen.

Will keep my 14 Pro for a week before trading it in.

I love the size of my 13PM. I doubt I could go smaller next time I upgrade. Having said that I'm pleased I chose to not upgrade this year. I think next year will be a much better use of my money.
