Before doing that are there any logs with “panic” in the name under settings - privacy - analytics ?
If you go into the apple store get them to log that down, panic logs are usually an indication of a hardware problem but were told to restore the phone and setup as new and test before swapping the device
Well she still has the phone and it’s still in one piece lol.She’s going from iOS to iOS, So she should be fine. And Face ID is amazing, and so easy to setup and use.way better than Touch ID.
