Oh, I wasn't disbelieving you at all, I just thought I'd see if it was similar on the MBA. I suppose thinking about it, it would be a bit odd for the WiFi aerials to be in the lid of a laptop and coax routed down through the hinge to the actual controller.Argh! Honestly, I wish I was talking nonsense @Feek, even with the antenna plate being on the bottom. Definitely some signal degradation going on... and the top window must play a part somehow (Disassembly video)

Honestly, I'm doubting myself... I should stop reading the other tame forums and keep off the Kool-aid!
Any complaints? I'm finding it 100% worse user experience compared to my MacBook ....the mouse delay is horrific.. that's just 1 thing.
I just find the whole user experience a real disappointment for day to day stuff!! or am I going mad?

In a sealed metal box like the MBA, it does make sense to have an area which isn't metal for the RF to escape and the logo is ideal for that.
Woo-hoo!Wi-Fi and Bluetooth now absolutely fine with the A > C adaptor out of the way!
Woo-hoo!
