Have you seen the battery charts etc. it is coming out very poorly (as I have said before though, I take these with a pinch of salt, but they give a general idea as to what we can expect), meaning with my sort of usage and others, I be lucky to even get 13 hours out of it compared to my S, which can get a full 1-2 days of medium-heavy usage.
Battery life for a lot of people is one of the most important areas on phones, many people and most certainly myself don't want to have to worry about battery life and having to turn certain things of or keeping brightness way down and monitoring our usage very carefully in order just to make it to the end of the day, I can use my phone the way I want without having to worry and get 1-2 days out of it with medium-heavy usage. By the sounds of it in order to get the same sort of battery life with the N4, I would have to keep screen brightness down, only have wifi connected when necessary, not spend too long on games, increase weather etc. sync time amongst other stuff and if I didn't want to change how I would use the N4 compared to my S then I would need to plug it into the mains charger etc. every chance I get, much like most of my friends and their smartphones, which I could not stand the thought of having to do.
I am talking about the quality of the audio (particularly the loudspeaker), not how loud it is (although going by user comments so far, that isn't sounding great either, could just be a duff unit). Although waiting for GSMarena's review first as they are much better when it comes to the audio test.
The camera seems to perform very well in a couple of scenarios but overall it looks average and the 1080P recording is very poor, worse than HTC's devices 1080P recording.
As I said before, if you need a phone now or are upgrading from the likes of the DHD, GS 2 etc. then it is the phone that I would most likely get but if you already have any of the phones previously mentioned then it is pretty pointless unless you really want a nexus device or/and can sell your current phone on easily enough for more than £300 and aren't bothered about downgrading those 3 areas.
EDIT:
Again, I am going to wait and see some more user opinions on those 3 areas especially for the battery (for obvious reasons stated before) and camera (hardly any sites upload the full size images and there aren't many good comparisons to the GS 3, one S/X yet and just to get a better idea for all kinds of scenes)
