Mine went from pending to complete once it shipped. So yes.
Also my N4 has the "link to my account" box thingy ticked, so I really don't think it makes a difference.

It says "Your order has been shipped!" and "•14 Nov Google Commerce Ltd charged your MASTERCARD xxx-xxxx for £398.99. "GOOGLE *Google Play" will appear on your billing statement". Wallet also gives the tracking number.
Put that number in as your reference number and not a tracking number

Potentially. If it's shipped tonight it should be delivered tomorrow. If it's shipped tomorrow it would be delivered on Monday, however if you speak to Google remember they still maintain they're using 2-day delivery even though TNT only do next day so they'll say if it ships tonight you'll get it on Monday.
Completely anecdotally based on here and XDA it seems as though about half the orders shipped yesterday, with none of them being multi-item packages.

Mine isn't multi-item & I still have jack all from them.
Based on this experience Google can jump off a cliff for their next nexus release I won't be bothering again.
Well they did say 3-5 days so can't really complain. I'm too impatient, it's why I didn't get a iPhone 5 and instead opted for the Nexus 4, as it seemed I could get one quicker haha
If it was 3 - 5 days delivery then why the hell has it cost £10 to send it?
I sent my SGS2 to ASDA for £5 special delivery it took a day for them to get it.
I don't agree with the cost of it obviously but it is what it is. The price was always visible from the outset.

It isn't till you get the confirmation email that you see it will be 3 - 5 days.
