Thank you for taking the **** and not letting me know this 2 days ago when I placed the order. People who placed the order after me have received their phone, it's because of the bloody bumper isn't it ?
Why on earth would you commit to something if you can't fulfill demand. Pathetic. I can't cancel it as I don't have any other options now do I. It's a hell lot more expensive elsewhere.

Why on earth would you commit to something if you can't fulfil demand, how was I able to place an order for a product that you knew you didn't have in stock? Pathetic. I can't cancel it as I don't have any other options now, I've sold a perfectly serviceable Galaxy S2 to fund this purchase, and I'm using my old spare phone that I'm now stuck with until this enormous **** up on your part is rectified.
And you'll 'credit the shipping charges', oh wow, thank you for your generosity, the least I'd expect would be a free upgrade to the 16gb model I initially wanted but was unable to purchase due to another **** up at your end, i.e. the inability of your servers to process my purchase without timing out and throwing up errors!
