The pending charge on my card just disappeared completely. If they ask me to reorder on Monday then I'll be pretty ****ed.
 
yay got mine, ordered on the 4th dec. only had a quick play around so far. im impressed with the speed of it. a big step up from my previous/current phone the zte blade/san francisco :D

now i need to find a sim card possibly a cheap sim only contract. anyone in glasgow area on three network? if so how is their net speeds and reception like?

on my debit card, the amount has been deducted from "Current cleared balance", but the "Balance" still includes the amount... which i guess means that the money for the n4 is just held and not processed yet..

Yer it was held back basicly, I have a debit card, and last week on the 6th I think it was when I checked online banking it said my current balance, which was £248.99 less then the amount I had before, but no transactions stating that the money had been taken.
Just checked again around 10mins ago and I have my current balance as what it was before I ordered the phone, so basically they put the money back if that makes any sense ;P
Trying to get onto my online banking now, but its down atm :(
 
I used a credit card and so I have a very clear pending charges amount which I can see. The charge has disappeared.

yep makes sense haha you think that means the order has been cancelled or somethin? weird that they did that without notifying by email first...
 
I think the banks will only ring fence funds for 5 working days at maximum, so it'll probably mean the transaction will be reinitiated when the phone is despatched.

I thought something was up yer, not sure if it was canceled or if it was just Google messing around with their payment system, no idea. But reading the below puts me at ease a bit now :p

You won't have to re-order. Your money will be deducted again once you receive the phone or maybe 2 weeks after like what happened with me.

The reason it has gone back in is because the hold has expired.
