Imho they won't go up, I'll admit that the thought crossed my mind that after the crap release goog under pressure from their android "partners" might slip the price up to LG hights but now that I've got mine and goog are ace again I can't see them doing something so shoddy, no not google they're great.

Imho they won't go up, I'll admit that the thought crossed my mind that after the crap release goog under pressure from their android "partners" might slip the price up to LG hights but now that I've got mine and goog are ace again I can't see them doing something so shoddy, no not google they're great.
There's no real drawbacks to be honest, especially for the price.
The cameras not the best on the market but its not bad either, screen is great, speed is great, battery is currently ok with rumors it will improve and best of all, no touchwiz and its garish green and orange colours.
If it had a micro SD it would be stellar, but it hasn't.
Naked android is sooo much better than all the other launchers its not even funny.
Hmm someone earlier mentioned their phone being bad for signal and mine is the same. Here at my girlfriends I always get decent signal on s3 but it's hovering between no signal and one bar on the nexus :/
Also keeps getting network error when I try to run the speed test app. Reckon it's faulty?

How much is the most you have got on a battery . I'll admit most of the time I call and text as I'm next to a pc all the time. Most I have got is a day and 20 hours. Screen brightness is turned right down as I can look at a bright screen. Google now is also off
Unless they release a 32Gb version at the 16Gb's price and drop the 16 to the 8 and ditch the 8 altogether (like they did with the Nexus 7)
Fingers crossed they do this when I can afford one!!
Yep, I nearly cancelled my order to wait for the Galaxy S4. I'm very glad I didn't now. This phone for this price is just brilliant imo.
Yep, not worth waiting in my opinion. The S4 may end up being better, but who knows for sure when it will arrive, it'll probably be around 500 notes, and may well looks as ugly as the S3.

These are what are draining peoples battery?
Does anybody know on 3's network if the 42mbps connection (DC-HSPA+??) actually shows up as that in say for example Network Signal app? Mine is showing as 21mbps mostly, but download speeds in the speed test app are hitting between 10,000 and 12,000kbps.

I second that, Signal is not as good as my S3 and it's dropped further since I have had case on it (I know it can slightly but my S3 was far better than this and that had a similar case on as well), It's mostly 3G that's the issue sometimes to get a signal I have to force it to 2G only (although it used to be fine with S3, same place and same network)

Mine arrived yesterday and coming from an S3 on Wanamlite, it's a worthy upgrade. Stock Android is really nice, I like it a lot. The quality of the hardware is really good, nice and solid and feels premium.
