Once demand and supply settle in the after a couple of months in 2013 I think that you'll easily be able to buy an N4 from the Play store but at the moment the only other choice is via O2, Three and CPW and pay around £100 more.
It really odd that all three stores are able to get N4 stock quite easily but the Play store isn't able to.
I get the feeling that LG are providing stock to stores who are able to sell the N4 above the £279 mark that Google are charging and making a profit which they are perfectly entitled to do so.

Was that to me? Already wiped the phone, can get into the youtube app now and the widget works, but wont let me sign in anymore and gives the same error message as before regards my account isnt linked to a youtube account.
As far as I can tell it is and it also has a youtube channel and another google+ account
. Ive checked that in both Chrome on the phone and on Firefox on my laptop. I must be missing something obvious...EDIT: And its back to not working again after applying the Youtube update
EDIT2: Uninstalling update fixes it! Just wont let me sign in still...
EDIT3: Just checked and I can sign in to the iphone youtube app with the same credentials, must be a bug with the Android app as both mobile browsers work too...

I have one of the Nillkin slim cases. I actually prefer it to the bare feel of the phone. Would be nice if it covered the top & bottom sides and had button covers like the Diztronic but I'm pretty happy with it.
At the moment I'm using a Nillkin Fashion Shape PU Leather Flip Case which is basically the slim case with a leather finish and front cover. It doesn't add much bulk and offers lots of protection except if dropped directly onto the top or bottom edge.
For those complaining about the slightly raised sides of the slim case affecting their swipes (to me it feels almost flush) the leather case's edges are significantly raised. They are probably raised around 2mm and help hold the cover in place when closed. I don't find they get in the way at all.
The cover does get in the way when open and using the phone one handed but you get used to it.
Overall I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a flip case.

Wireless charging is fine with my eBay TPU case, so I'd imagine so.
I think its more things that were auto setup on the iphone just arent at all on here - a good example is my OU account, it was useful to have my uni emails and calendar stuff synced on my phone but for the life of me I cant replicate the settings I just put into my old phone on this (the iphone has a gmail setting so it auto-setups up the settings) - it doesnt accept it as a google account.
I think the layers and layers I refer is more that at some points it gives you too much information on stuff I dont really need to know in detail (like app permissions, useful I guess just takes longer to check that to install the app in question), but when you do it gives nothing at all (this youtube issue where I can log into youtube via Chrome without problem, yet the youtube widget/app just thinks my only google account on the phone isnt linked to a youtube account). I cant see anywhere to log in to the app so its left me scratching my head wondering whats happened and no real logical way to fix it other than wiping the phone.

What's an OU account?
The YouTube app is linked to the account you entered on your phone, so you don't need to log in anywhere. Not sure what's happening with it though, I had a similar issue, but it was fixed by enabling something on the desktop site.
Is there no timer mode for the Nexus 4 camera? Had it for a month now and just realised I couldn't set the camera to wait 2-10 seconds before snapping the photo....

I replied last night, though not the most helpful reply I'm afraid.
I've had a good look around and I can't see any way to set a timer for it. I'm no expert here but as nobody else is replying to you..
Looks like there are various apps that may do this, I've not tried any but maybe give a couple of free ones a go.
Still having major signal problems. Went to wedding in shrewsbury last night had no signal at all. Went for carvery in Newcastle and no signal. Now at my g/f house just outside Stoke and no signal. S3 had no trouble here using the same sim.
Anyone else having signal issues or is it possibly faulty hardware? Am loath to send for replacement as this doesn't have buzzing or backlight bleed but obviously a phone isn't much use with no signal all the time so if it's a hardware fault I will have to

Open University account, they use Google Apps for student email/calendar/notes - iphone lets it sync without issue
Yeah Ive found its a bug though no 100% certain fix
, some say to make a new google account, others say it works once you made a channel - cant link to the google forum thread I found on it, way too much swearing on it!). Error message Im gettingAmazed a first party app is like that though, its a pretty disappointing experience so far - as you said it should be already linked to the account I used when I setup the phone and it is (checked on Android Chrome, desktop Firefox and iphone Youtube app). I dont understand why the update makes it even worse though (with the original build I can still use Youtube and the widget works, once updated the app just has the update circle icon and the youtube widget complains that it cant connect to the server - must be something to do with the trending feed as thats the default landing page for the app and widget).
Im going to wipe it again and not let it restore anything and see if that helps (EDIT: Nope it didnt
) - if it doesnt I guess I need to make a new google accountps3ud0

Love the notification LED on this, been playing around with it using light flow. Now have pulsating orange when charging and constant green when it is charged.
I wouldn't call them issues but I don't think I get as strong a signal as I do with my Galaxy Note.

I have a rubbish data signal. My friend's HTC is fine on the same network.
This is pretty decent, lots of settings etc. but is build on the old camera app of stock android so not as minimal/clean UI and the LG camera is very popular:

However, the quality may not be as good if you use a 3rd party camera app.

Fwiw Nexus18 has helped and entertained me no end, let's face it the forum would be a lot slimmer without him, in this case Dampcat the N4 is the better phone, IMHO

Stock kernel? I'm on franco's now and the signal seems a tad better.
Only bug I found was the SystemUI crashing whenever you wanted landscape but that has been sorted now. Can't think of any bugs off the top of my head since that has been fixed.
