That's not how pricing works.
How does it work then? How much are LG able to sell them to O2 for, so that they get more than selling to Google, while O2 still make a decent profit?

I don't know why Google just don't set a RRP of £350-£400 across the board, instead of this pricing mess they've created.

They could've (and should've) set a 1 per customer limit on ordering if supply was going to be this scarce. I've seen screenshots of people on deal threads who managed to order 8 of them in one go.I don't know why Google just don't set a RRP of £350-£400 across the board, instead of this pricing mess they've created.
It would, if Google could keep up with the demand. As it is people are just begrudgingly having to pay more for phones from carriers because they have no other options (unless you count paying ~£100 extra from eBay)Knowing Google, it was probably an experiment more than anything. I imagine the price of the Nexus 4 has made more than a few people stop and wonder why they're paying so much more for devices from Apple, Samsung et al.
It made me stop and for good reason as you said, but now considering the poor customer service, even worse communications and near vapourware product availability, I know now why I spend more. All theyve done in my perception is devalue their Nexus/Play brand more.Knowing Google, it was probably an experiment more than anything. Dropped my N4 yesterday..... I've taken a large chunk of chrome off around the frame which is now bugging the hell out of me. I'm annoyed because I've been trying for weeks to get the bumper which would have stopped this from happening.
Anyone know if its fixable for a reasonable cost or is it a complete new screen?
if its just the bezel, properly not, i'm sure it looks bad now, but i find when you chip a phone it fades in after a day or two, the shine wears off the damaged area
I've knocked about an 2mm thick inch strip of chrome off and took chunks out of the plastic underneath the chrome so the top of my phone as you look at the screen as no longer nicely rounded and more lumpy looking. It firing my OCD twitch everytime I look at it, which is all the time due to my OCD.
I'm getting a little pee'd off with the whole LG/Google thing!!.. I really want this phone!, I have the money sitting in an ISA waiting to be spent, and My Xperia Arc is more Flaky than a Cadbury's Flake at an Eczema sufferers convention!!

That's why I just went for it in November from CPW. £100 more but no hassle; I know everyone can afford it but otherwise I think I'd still be lusting.
