Only the security fixes for the recently found vulnerabilities (Bitcoin stuff). AFAIK virtually everything else is the same, the kernel is identical.

i really like PA but the HOLO thing is getting annoying, is there a way to disable it? i know it's a great feature but i don't need it tbh and the circle on the screen is more annoying than having a notification at the top

double tap it and drag it to the X at the top. Your just meant to toggle it on and off, so like when I'm watching a movie or playing a game I use it and the rest I turn it off.
Not really, many (myself included) use it all the time!
I have chat apps (eg. Skype, Hangouts, FB, and a couple of others) whitelisted on there so that I can quickly reply to them without leaving the app I'm currently in. Of course, biggest advantage is when you reveive messages during games, videos, etc.

I had a new OTA update last night, 18mb, but I'd already updated to 4.3 before, so not entirely sure what this was for. Did the update and it's still 4.3, so not exactly sure what it achieved.

re-sale value is going to plummet, if you can buy it brand new for £199

Might get my Mom one she needs a bigger phone.
It never really had a great re-sale value apart from the crazy few months when no one could get one.

well they were going for more than £199 believe it or not.
but now you can get them brand new for £199, so i'm guessing the price is going to drop by at least £50 re-sale.
im talking 16GB models here

Brilliant pricing on the Nexus 4 now.
Can't say I care too much about resale value, it was a pretty low cost to begin with, never expected it'd hold value well.
