I'm looking at going back the N4 after having the N5 for a couple of days - i much prefer the feel and look of the N4.

Got it from CPW so no option to return it for refund, so will be looking for someone who is after an upgrade.

Indeed we all have to start somewhere, I guess if you find a buyer with like 20+ feedback you have little to worry about.

I nearly got stung once selling my iPhone 4S but luckily I got the phone back in one piece.

Only downside is if there is a lot of the same product being sold then you do get haggled/chipped a lot on the price.

Im thinking of doing the same. I do like the N5 but I really dont want to put a case on to bulk it up but I feel I have to because of the stupid camera lens poking out.

For what I would get for my N4 I cant see the N5 being a £180 worthy upgrade except for the 32GB memory.

unless i read it wrong it will get 4.4 but not some features, simnply because it's impossible to offer them as the n4 doesn't have the hardware. i don't see the issue here

Ah, bit the n4 is capable of running the features that it will be lacking. There is a custom build for the n4 now that does run all of it's features.

Running the N5 port on my N4 & I haven't come across anything that doesn't work as it should.

Bit of a cop out from Google really.

Very disappointing, as there seems no good reason not to include it. Whether I want the feature or not it just seems simpler if we are all running the same thing, and who is to say what nice features they could leave out next time, seems a rather apple way of doing things.

well from what i've read the n5 has a very low powered cpu which is what always listens for the ok google, using very little power. this will work on the n4 as it has a cpu but it's the full powered one which drains battery. n4 shouldn't get this feature as customers will complain as battery dropping like it's hot

That's a load of rubbish. There's no way the hardware in the N4 is lacking at all.

it lacks a new low powered cpu. this low powered cpu provides the "always listening" feature without this the feature will use the high powered cpu causing quick battery drain. so yes it does lack the hardware.
