***The Official LG Nexus 4 Thread***

Had mine since January, it's not bad! down to about 65% (on 3G) by the time I leave for home (unplugged from 5am till 4pm) I usually just plug it in at work though! Especially if I want to listen to music!

Not really noticed any change with Age or improvement with KitKat!

You need both the New Search and (GEL) Launcher .apk's found over on Android Police's website for the Full KitKat experience! :)

I suppose as I've already paid for Apex... :)

I've now joined the Beta Group...

Lol. For all the praise we give Google, they can't seem to do an update properly. Still waiting for both my N4 and 2012 N7 for the 4.4 update.

And yes I know that the images are available so you can sideload, but I personally don't know enough about all of that part of things where I'd feel confident doing it.

So stuck waiting for OTA updates that are taking forever to arrive....

In what way dont they do them properly? Pushing them out at a manageable pace seems like the right way, and certainly better than the way apple do it. Not sure why everyone is in a rush tbh, wait a few days and you'll have it.

Not sure why I picked Thursday night to download/install the OTA update... I know the alarm clock function is ruined. It will ruin my morning constant resets of the alarm until later times. :(

Apart from being able to set the alarm using an analogue clock face, it's exactly the same as far as I can tell and my existing alarms are all still there.

This is the problem... What was wrong with actually typing in the time you wanted the alarm to go off at?
An analogue clock face is a ridiculous method to pick a time, it was stupid for the last few months in the calendar, and it's stupid now!

(I'm a person who sets the alarm an hour early and manually sets snooze times when I wake up...)

Anyone else lost the ability to force the phone to use 2g networks only with 4.4? Network mode option only has 3g as a choice now
