Game is awesome so far! Works smoothly on my gtx 480. 

gaurentee you both its a AMD related issue.
would never buy AMD again from my experience.
Seriously, with recommended specs like this I expect this game to look twice as good as BF3!
I'll quote the recommended requirements from the box:
- i7 3930K
- 16 GB ram
- GTX 680 2GB or HD 7970 3GB
- 35GB of free HDD space!
And the game is printed on 4 DVD's!

They're not necessarily recommended specs... Just "tested" specs according to their site.
Bf3 requires 2x 680s to run with full details, so I don't know why you would expect double the details![]()
so is it safe so say this game is a bit of a let down?
Ive got the retail version, just installing now, on disc 4.
Will report back if I get any probs starting the game like some people have mentioned.
