I had a think about this bullet time thing. It says you can go into bullet time when you have your crosshair on another player. What happens to the other players in the game? What do you look like to them?

I'm struggling to understand how bullet time would work in multiplayer? If I entered bullet time, would everone else enter it as well? How else would you be able to slow down time if evreyone else remained at standard time? So everyone must slow down but maybe they don't get the advantage ... maybe their mouse movement is slowed dramatically so they can't take advantage? If not, then whenever I use my bullet time, everyone else enters it and gets the advantage as well? I'm perplexed!

This is why buying an IP that you haven't the faintest idea how to handle is still a good idea.

or maybe its just a cooldown you can use every XX amount of time, it might have counters too. or even multiple counters like disarms, blinds etc. (yes yes, i used to play wow, so what!?! )

They said only players in your line of sight enter bullet time
