As I have never flown a airplane before I would not have a clue it if felt right or wrong but a lot of real world flyers on the beta claim it's spot on.

Going to give it a try but from all the talk and what I assumed it would be like from this time last year, it's a flight game for the more basic folk.
I might as well play Pilot Wing 64.
Was really hoping for a sim when they were teasing about a new game, ah well.
Also this is exactly why F2P for some games stink, you end up paying more than you would a full product if you want the full product.

The problem is you are part of 5% that are not basic, the rest of the 95% are the basic folk.
Basic is where the money is, shame but that's how it is.

that maybe but putting gear down and up with noanimation looks very wrong/odd
For someone who really wanted to like the more hard core sims but was rubbish at them this is awesome for free. Graphics are nice when pumped up and it actually has a game feel to it. Enjoying it allot and its nice and simple
Don't tell anyone but it's still not 100% bug free
They have fixed all of the BIG bugs but there are still some little ones that need fixing so there will be a patch on it's way.
Like most new games its all about making the release day $$$$$.

cool cheers - its certainly good for free -no complaints there
can't see me paying £9.99 for an aircraft though - couple of quid maybe
Tried this a bit earlier as they released it by mistake 1 day early 
not that it matters the game if you can call it that looks circa pre 2001 graphically 
& its so full of bugs/glitches/unresponsive controls I am surprised MS ever let this out of beta its simply not something anyone with half a brain cell would ever pay for the DLC is not free its just a free preview.
Flight Unlimited series circa mid 1990's looks/plays better than this complete & utter failure which has the stamp of amateur written all over it whoever approved this project @ MS should be sacked ASAP its an unbelievable waste of time/money to develop & does not even work properly ignoring the 10 year+ old gfx & sub standard controls. Could not even join a friends flight or him mine then on 1 mission it just froze & stopped working plus MS want to force people to use Bing to find certain missions (probably the only reason this ever made it to the public its a stealth Bing hits generator in all but name).
Shocking new low from MS they really have nothing but contempt for PC gamers the last MS Flight game walks all over this no wonder MS blocked 3rd parties from making content who on earth would want to support such an inferior product.
The reviews I expect will be quite accurately brutal & savage if I were a magazine reviewer this would get around a generous 10% & yes it really is that poor Its highly likely the worst product MS has ever made for PC & makes AOE online look like Starcraft 2!!!
