Will there be a mini though thats the question...
Windows Phone would be a more probable fit. Pen support and a new 1520 with the new versions of Office would cover that market really.

Don't you buy every Surface tablet though ?
quite easily if you're subjective and compare it to the only slightly more expensive s3 pro i3I don't see how anyone can make an argument against the S3.
Its cheap, very cheap for the quality of tablet/ laptop you are getting and will run full windows easily with W10 coming along for free later in the year.
Any off the android atom powered tablets, at about half the price.
What....lol..not even close.
Surface 3 is the first system on the market to use Intel’s Atom x7 processor, previously known as Cherry Trail.

Remind me again what Android comes with these specs and runs X86 programmes again?
I could be pedantic, but I won't be.
For the *right people* it's a good price for what it offers. But it's not the right price for serious market penetration.
People are buying ipads etc instead of laptops, they're now ingrained in that ecosystem.
Not at enterprise level they wont be compared to this, SP3 has done very well for itself and done a lot to raise the brand and recognition, this will only further that.
Lenovo yoga 2 is just 200, same soec cameras, 10" full hd screen. The only thing it lacks is the pen screen and only 32gb of storage. However that isn't worth £200
Or compare it to any of the Samsung range. As said even the top Samsung is same price but includes LTE. Which for the surface will probably be an extra £100
It is poor value, as said absolute max it should £350
Oh and that's rep on the smasungs which can be had cheaper. Ms products are generally only sold at rrp.
Sure, if you're talking like minded individuals. Not the vast majority who are using android/iOS devices now.
It's nicely priced for a specific audience. Microsoft needs to be everywhere, not just enterprise.
It just feels like Surface 1 all over again to me.
If not even close to anything like that...at all.
