I've been alright, most of the time, I've searched before hand where I am going, grab the postcode and voila, I'm there. There was a couple of occasion where I typed in POI like Goole Train Station and a named pub and it got me there.

The only one I can recall where I typed a postcode and it got me a little off was Leeds, where I typed a postcode to a Chinese Cash & Carry, it got me to the back of it instead of the door - I blamed the stupid city circuit rather than the satnav on that occasion.

It does sound like a dodgey app, I had that issue with Whatsapp before the last few updates. Since there, it's been working ace. On medium use, I go home with 80% battery (off charger at half 7, home at quarter past 5), which is amazing.

Before then, I'll be home with 60% and it cliffing off as I browse sites and Weave in the evening. Past couple of weeks, I go to bed with at least 30% battery life (11pm-ish)
 
The official twitter app has just got a big update, it's is quite useable now and very fast.

I'll stick with the people hub though 99% of the time as I prefer the integration.

Please keep us updated. I'm getting really annoyed with mine, it happened twice today! I think I might have to hard reset rather than take it to a care centre and have them send it off and reflash it.
 
It needs a longer space, keep typing ,,,,,'s instead of spaces.. Also, what music player do you use, its just i can't seem to find a slider to skip into a set in listening to...?

I tried many hard resets and flashes none worked, I then sent it away,, they flashed it and sent it back it seems as it still does it,, it went back to them today should be back in a few days, if its not fixed then I should be able to get a replacement they said.

YES! Easily one of the nicest looking apps in the marketplace too. Its metro, but different. However, there's too little content on display at a time and pictures aren't in-lined and it has a static theme, so yeah, I'll stick with metweets. :\
 
Nokia have now released the Playto app for WP8.

Heheh - literally 5mins after reading your post it died again!! I really haven't got the time or inclination to go through returns/replacements just to end up with the same issue, so this phone has run it's course for me.

Ordered the Nexus 4 from Google, and will bay or mazuma this 920.
Real shame, great phone with great potential, ruined by small (but important) issues.
 
My phone has only ever crashed while battery benching it. After an hour or less (with the case on) it'll overheat and die (my guess anyway), but never happens in any other situation, but stress testing for hours on end is bound to heat up a cpu in a tiny enclosed space.

Oddly enough, after using WPBench last night to stress the battery until it was flat last night, my battery life is at 92% after coming off charge at 6:30 this morning. I haven't been using it besides listening to audio books for an hour and a few mins of web browsing, but that's pretty solid for standby.

You haven't got Skype installed have you, twice now I have installed it and it has caused chaos with other apps, rampant battery drain and heat issues.

Some people see an issue where the device will literally just restart itself for no reason. Very rare though. It'll probably fix that too. I'm not sure, not seen it myself.

I noticed that if 'Use my location' is on in Bing search and I don't close it down (back out) after using search, then it eats battery. Try switching off Use my location or closing Bing Search after using it to see if it makes a difference.
 
All my Nokia map apps have been renamed HERE maps/drive/city lens after updating them :/ I assume this is a rebrand. If it is its a very silly rebrand.
