Clumsy work mate, 60 ish kg UPS and my trouser pocket were involved. Its still usable but I guess now I get to find out how good the 'free' with bank account mobile phone insurance is

sim free also.Another thing, I seem to be having an issue with mobile data. I get full H or H+ signal more or less (between 3 and 5 bars 90% of the time) however I am getting such low speeds its timing out most of the time before it even has the chance to load the page.
Anything I can do to resolve this?!

For the love of God resize or use spoilers.
Download a largish app (30MB) from the play store and check the speed that way - speedtests can be unreliable.
Otherwise it may just be your area that has poor speeds.
Browser pages will not load and it won't even start the download in play store without timing out. Its not my area my S4 worked fine. The signal strength is fine its just the speed. On my S4 I could get a good 7/8 meg
EDIT: just put my sim back in my S4 and the speeds are still rubbish. Might be to do with the fact they have just enabled 4g where i am. hmm
