The changes are minimal - next to nil performance improvement here as it was super quick on 4.3 to begin with.

Well kitkat update didnt go well for me...stuck on samsung splash screen then reboots itself repeatedly

Checked download and knox still 0x0 so off to sevice centre as I've some others have had knox tripped if they try to update via odin

Have you tried the KIES Emergency Firmware Recovery?

Also, if you're not concerned about data, did you try factory reset and cache clear in recovery?

Hey guys, got a quick question for you, Near the LED notification light, if you hold the phone right, do you see like a square mark, almost looks like a smudge but its not, more like the screen coming away from the backing..tried to take pics with the other halds moto g so there not the best.

Thats the light sensor thingy.

Cheers guys, back to P4U this one goes, christ i dont have much luck with these note 3's lol - in saying that im sooooo glad you guys dont have it on yours, as i was starting to get paranoid i was seeing things lol

Also can see it around the home button aswell, so id say the screen is coming away from the fixings or something

It's not a fault / mark, I have it on mine, it's shaped square & semi circular, bit too perfect shaped to be a defect

That's the notification LED - not what he's referring to AFAIK.

Since updating to KitKat my previous battery problems are completely gone. Much happier!
