** The Official Nvidia GeForce 'Pascal' Thread - for general gossip and discussions **

Well I got my 980ti back today, but it's looking like it will be finding a new home if the 1080 price is right.

Very impressed with what I've seen. What res was those games running at btw? tomb raider, division etc.

What in the hell is that graph, it starts at 1 but no card is listed at 1. Gts 960 is at 1.5.... what kind of BS graph is that.

GTX 960 1.4 lets call it, Titan at 3.5 ish, 1080 at 4.5 ish? So he's saying in best case it's 4.5x faster than what, a GTX 950?

Also when talking to a room of gamers it seems and Apple like Nvidia fanboys, the one feature he highlights about Pascal is how stable power delivery is?

> DM in damage-control mode.

Looking at their graph, it looked like Titan X was about 3.7 relative performance, and 1080 was 4.3 or 4.4

So, with some rounding, they're basically claiming 15-20% faster than Titan X.

Looks like 3.5-3.6 and 4.4 which is what somewhere around 25% faster? hard to make out.

I would just like to say, to all the nay-sayers and morons who couldn't realize the significance of transistor count:
I TOLD YOU SO!
Well, we told you so. But I did too.

2x980 performance 4k60fps on single gpu is possible then, honestly i am so surprised didnt expect this much performance this soon, i bet AMD headquarter is in full panic mode right now :D
so 1080 should be 60-70% faster than 980Ti
