Anybody know what the situation is with Walcott's injury?

It's a recurring ankle injury from when he went over on it during that England game last year, I wouldn't choose him I think it's a big risk as to whether he plays at the beginning of the season.

One of reasons i have gone for three upfront in case he doesnt as of what were saying at the moment he isnt going to but im sure he will make bench atleast by Arsenal game.

Why are so many people picking Adam? For his price considering he wont be on penalty or free kick duty this year (he may not even make the starting XI) I think it's a very brave move to have him in there. I'd much rather spend the extra 1m on a Nani, A.Young, VDV ect ect

Here is why I picked him.

1) Gerrard is out for at least the first month, possibly longer, which I think means we will play Adam and I suspect without Gerrard , Adam will indeed be a penalty/freekick taker. I also think he will do quite well in place of Gerrard.

2) Its not my team for the whole season , its my team for the start (if Adam is dropped later on I can drop him as required)

3) I dont have an extra 1 million for anyone else.

4) He who dares wins Rodney

Dunno tbh, Liverpool supporters have been banging on about their pre-season results being down to none of their starting XI playing so I would assume not....

Wouldn't be the first time for a Liverpool supporter to paper over the cracks by posting rubbish though
