Deffo an AIO.
I think do it justice and a good AOI!
I've got a few more scores to upload, which ill do hopfully tomorrow.
Hurry up and get a 4.7GHz single core score!
Nope, not going to get over 15k :-( This needed a bump to 1.4v to get 4.325mhz and temps were getting close to 85c - that's enough for me.
Get the rads in ice water
Ordered me the new arctic freezer ii 280mm hope it fits the case I know its thicker than other 280s
Those AIOs are very cheap. They do look nice, and the rads are thick, but the 2 year warranty and the price worries me a bit.
That concerns me as well but no turning back now, cant wait it any longer need to build it hopefully tomorrow and get those benches up. Hope it fits the case
Let me know how it goes. I have a 360mm at the moment, but was just wondering how good they were since it even comes with a VRM fan.
Not sure if the little vrm fan is there to actually do much or was put there to avoid having to pay asetek for the pump on the block patent. Saw contradicting info on tech youtubers regarding this. Regardless I have some hopes for this being good and possibly put some good clocks in.
I am pretty sure it was to avoid patent issues. According to GN it does "work" however I don't think I finish watching the video on how much it actually helps.
On what CPU?
Here is a quick load and go on my 3960X
I don't have one of those.
That's a great score. What overclock and cooling are you running there @RSR ?
Thanks, 4.5 on all cores with W/C and the ram @ 3733.
I've not got around to ordering my pot yet for other stuff like DICE / LN1
I need to get all the ram properly dialed in and also learn about the FCLK, as I am used to Bintel OC's
Just smashed my last one with a lower clocks and tweaking the memory.
