What we really need to do is slowly cut down benefits to those on the dole for long periods of time.

These lazy, useless, moaning, ungrateful idiots need to start working and not blaming " polish taking out jobs"

In turn the government needs to show it will prioritise our citizens first in the hunt for jobs rather than foreigners.

Make these scroungers wake up every day look for work, we recently employed a guy from overseas not due to his ability but his sheer willingness to work.

People coming from overseas end up getting jobs because they want them, our lot need to want them just as much. They don't because the government gives them handouts.

Bloody hell, the threat of a war crimes tribunal isn't treating Blair well.

Agreed, until Article 50 is invoked I believe everything will be done to keep us in the EU.

Yes that was one thing i thought about over the past few weeks, if it proves correct and reform is what we get for the UK and we are happy with it then all the leave voters should be thanked.

Is that true or more post result BS ?

Look at the size of the sample, it is BS.

Dream on. It would have to be agreed by the other leaders. I can just imagine it, Britain has stuck two fingers up to Europe but now wants preferential treatment. Oh yes, an easy sell to the 27 country leaders. Not going to happen. More likely to get the most disadvantaged terms to dissuade others. Make an example of them.
You know the EU are terrified now? There is a real risk now that the Greek banks will topple, spreading to the Portugal, Spain and the Italian based banks as well, dragging all the rest of them closer to the edge as well. Tens of millions of people could lose their jobs in the Eurozone. Do you think that strengthens the EU or has a massively destabilising effect?

When German industry make calls to quickly agree a free trade deal with the UK then you can be pretty sure that's what'll happen and easiest and quickest way to make that happen is to keep the UK within the EU and agree special terms. We've always been treated as a special case because of our economic size - if Estonia or Greece or someone of that sort of size tried something similar they would told thanks and good bye.

That 2nd referendum petition is stupid. It reads:

We the undersigned call upon HM Government to implement a rule that if the remain or leave vote is less than 60% based a turnout less than 75% there should be another referendum.

Either wont happen. We'll just keep having referendums. I wish they would just accept the vote. Anyway, I wouldn't have thought you could pass an act like this retrospectively, only for future referendums?
