So how do we get round that one?
So far the best answer i have had on this one in this thread is essentially "wishful thinking".
So how do we get round that one?
I suppose so but I still doubt if that will have a significant effect or if it will send them even further for brexitPeople voting to brexit due to housing concerns will have more to worry about when their existing homes dissolve into the sea I guess.
would be nice to have a conversation with someone who voted leave in one of these places
I don't take any comment you make seriously.
Ok great that will of course apply ro all future referendums.
So the default position is leave.
And eill remain so unless remain get more than 60% of 75% turnout.
If they dont achive that the leave vote stands
Maybe they simply did not like the hand that was feeding them? They have the right to reject that and not be called ignorant..
Surely its obvious that they just don't feel the effects or see the benefits of all this EU funding?
The United Kingdom couldn't be any less united right now!
Why is he a fruitcake?
He is a true hero of this nation.
The role of the second house is to stop the lower house passing stupid ass laws in haste or kneejerk reactions.
As soon as we make that house elected, it loses the ability to perform its role.
Better just scrap it completely if you want change, rather than pay for two sets of the same thing.
Problem is access to the eu free markets comes with freedom of movement.
So how do we get round that one?
But the things is it can be seen such as renovations on the seafront or new piers and sea defenses with the sign that says funded by EU grant. That's what baffles me is they can see but still vote leave so I want to hear the real reasonSurely its obvious that they just don't feel the effects or see the benefits of all this EU funding?
He was used by a few power hungry Tories for their own ends. Nothing more, nothing less. He might get a safe seat as a token gesture of goodwill at some point, but a hero? Nah. Carswell did more from the Kipper side than anyone to put a coherent, fruit-free (as much as possible with the material) argument across.
But who?
Anyone political, or just some sky reporter making things up again?
I keep seeing this theme re-appearing, would be nice to have a conversation with someone who voted leave in one of these places.
I agree with that. The rest of your post is wrong though.
There is a petition for parliament to skip it's usual summer break to deal with the fall out.
It's very strange, again though I would like to hear or have a conversation with these people on their views and opinions as it goes over my head. People must have a rational and suitable reasonWell norn iron always did well out of the eu, yet the dup told their minions to vote leave and many did. The party cheered and was delighted with the overall result.
Frankly for us, with the least immigration in the uk, and with the strongest links to our southern neighbour for everything, from joint healthcare, coastguard and energy projects, it is an utterly dumbassed view.
Well done dup, you won again, and norn iron will be worse off, again.
No one who votes brexit gives a damn about Carswell.
Farage and Ukip is the reason we have a referendum in the first place.
