Lol the site is definitely buggered. My confirmation email has a different order number to my account. Confirmation mail link shows it as being in warehouse. Account link give me what I think is someone else's orders!
 
I just went on the site and clicked to view my orders...

There are 6 different orders listed, the oldest one is in 2014 and says "waiting for stock"... none of them are from 2017, and my VIP account is brand new from a few weeks ago... Oh dear oh dear!

Edit: After clicking refresh it's back to normal showing my single correct order from earlier...

That's what mine seems to be doing!

Mines moved from in warehouse to back order.

When I was in the Manchester store the other day I asked if she was ready for today's chaos. She said "do you think it'll be busy? Other limited releases haven't been all that" and I felt bad for her.
 
Metrocenter store was allowing none VIP members to sign up for VIP at the till to get one. I was 25th in line, they had 24 in stock, only got told after 40 minutes of queuing to be told none left. They had around 8 new VIP sign ups.

Utter disgrace from LEGO allowing it, whats the putting a VIP launch if you can sign up on the day :mad::mad:

Ha! I called them after they'd been open 30 mins to ask to have one held for me and they told me They'd sold out after 20 mins which means they kept you hanging around. That's total crap by them.

Appreciate you're annoyed you missed out but not sure why there's an issue with this, it's always been the way. It's not like it's some exclusive club you love paid for, it's a freebie and actually benefits you.
 
I missed out, to be honest I forgot about it until after I got to work and it was gone by lunchtime. Not too worried as it will be back at some point, the people paying £1300 on eBay are mad. I bet there will be at least two more batches before Christmas. It's also a £650 Lego set, its hardly like thousands of kids are waiting for Santa to bring it to them, almost all of the customers are adults who should be able to hold their water for a few months...
