All done now but beware the white paddock stand for the rear tyre which you build at the end. The bike is quite unstable on it and whilst trying all the positions for it the bike chain got caught on it, snapped open and slid out of the gearbox/engine housing. I can't see any way of getting the chain back on without taking the whole thing apart. Very disappointing after all the effort that has gone into the build so now on display with the chain on the rear wheel missing.

That's a shame, mine is still at the end of bag 3. However I was showing my nephew the other day and when going through the gears 3rd gear felt like something wasn't right, chain was sticking and getting loose on parts. May be the gears rather than the chain. Will have a good look before carrying on with the build

Couldn't resist the new Vespa 125. A quick and relaxing build done in a few hours but a little flimsy in places. Makes a great small display piece with the eye catching colour and shape!

I received my Batman car from amazon today

Really not impressed with the packing and i did not order the reduced packing version
You can't take any of these stickers off without ruining the box and the brown tape on the back of the box is coveringh a huge T shape rip.

Return it and get them to replace it.

Anything I buy from Amazon that is larger and boxed I mark it as a gift when I order so they don’t pull penny pinching stunts like this. They must lose a substantial amount money from people returning stuff like that which has a damaged box.

If you mark it as a gift it should come in an outer box.

I found a lego brick and decided to make a USB drive with it but I need to find a flat piece of lego to put on the bottom. I will use a bit of hot snot from the glue gun to stick the USB drive down into the lego brick and some miliput to smooth out the front part and then I will need a USB socket and a square lego brick for the cover.

So, one of the retailers over here had a 20% of on the Batman Tumbler so ended up grabbing one. Was a bit surprised over the size of the box and was thinking why so big.

But it turned out it was an (I think) original box for the model, although suppose to be for two boxes me think as the size was the same but the depth of the box was twice that of the LEGO box.

So now have the Batwing, the Batmobile 1989 and the Tumbler... am I missing any Batman LEGO sets ??

I specifically checked the "this is a gift" box , hoping it would arrive undamaged in an outer box as all my other gift paclages arrived....To my surprise , No! No outer box and a damaged original packaging

For a set this exclusive and expensive i expected MUCH MUCH better handling !

Shameful and disgusting really...
