Yep, bought that last week21060 Himeji Castle is a really nice build that looks great on display.
So I've just listed our retired LOTR / Hobbit collection for sale and had loads of interest and sales so far, using prices from Bricklist and Brickeconomy, made about $10k (NZ) on what originally would have cost about $3k at retail!
Looking to invest that back into Lego, as well as buy some architecture to actually build. Notre Dame and Trevi fountain are definites, what else would you look at for a challenging but fun, and true to life build in the Architecture range? I was thinking about the Botanic garden too. Also, what pieces would be good for a 10 year investment?
Here's the collection for those who would like to see what was there...

Maybe.By invest do you mean buy sets to sell later?
Does look smart that. I've got the Merc with the Red Bull sticker kit over the top. Probably end up getting the official one at some point.Big and little Red Bull F1 Car. Both are great in their own ways.
Though the building instructions for the technic car is easily the worst iv ever experienced. Complete mess half the time.
That's my Lego quota done for the year (well unless that Enterprise set comes out).

Are you using the Lego Builder app instead of the paper instructions? I found the app a much nicer experience, being able to 3D view every angle etc is kinda cool.
