Have to say, it is a nice update at very little cost. Only thing which annoys me is that 3rd party devs are charging more for updates than the damn OS. LittleSnitch and VM Fusion so far

Depends.

If you want/need the new features then Yes.
If you are already running Lion then Yes.

Just ensure you've got at least 4GB of RAM, and check your applications for compatability. The OS might be £15 but a Parallels upgrade for example is far more...

Otherwise Snow Leopard is very good.
