Doesn't say of what though(!), but I can only assume it's my PS4 as I've nothing else ordered that I can recall. I'm being vague as I was only down for 'phase 2' before Christmas for the PS4, and I've been contacting Game to see if my order was in hand as I'd heard bad stories about paypal orders not working properly.
But, money came out of my bank last week, so I can only assume my PS4 is on its way, right? :)

No email or anything from GAME though to confirm anything. Really shoddy service.

Got Black Flag sealed on my shelf for PS4, gonna boot it up in a min now, sounds nice!
 
Doh posted in the xbone thread instead of here (old habits)

Is there anyway to use the 360 turtle beach x12 with the ps4? its uses rca jacks, not to fused with the mic just audio. On the 360 you could use the old interface jack for audio and use the hdmi for the tv.

If you use the USB connection to the Ps4 the chat volume is far too quiet. You can only hear it if you turn the game sound off via the mixamp.

The 360 chat cable doesn't allow you to chat as it is a straight 3 pole connection rather than the 4>3 pole adaption the turtlebeach cable performs.

Hey buddy, I'm in same boat as you, 2011 mixamp.. USB to console and optical to console... So does that lead plug into the "controller" port on the mixamp and then goto the controller ?

Do you know how this "fixes" it ?

Its really annoying can't hear anyone in game

EDIT : will any 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable work?

Think I scored a console only for £350 from Very.co.uk yesterday. At least the status changed to packing at Shaw this morning....wait and see.

I was happy with any of the bundles, and already have BF4 on my sweet gaming rig..so no point.

Heres hoping it arrives!\

Played it a little on PC but the whole Kb/mouse versus joystick issues put me off. I guess it's free and only the time to download but I thought more people would have discussing if it was good fun.

I was really looking forward to War Thunder but after playing it for awhile I'm not very impressed with the pay to win gameplay or the overwhelming confusion with the layout of menus and aircraft tier system.
 
Is anyone here running their PS4 with a vertical stand? and if so does it have any impact on the noise level from the cooling or drive?... my 360 hates standing on its side.

I've been running my PS4 out of our cabinet until I was confident is was working fine, and today I put it in, but as it's confined and has doors I noticed the fans were working harder [playng Killzone], and it was a lot warmer to the touch.. it also smelled, not a burning smell, but clearly the extra heat was having an affect.

The only practical way I can run it elsewhere is to use it vertically.

Wow just realised it won't stream video from PC like the ps3 did until sony "eventually" update it, what the actual **** were sony thinking! gonna have to keep my ps3 around a bit longer
 
Is there any way of closing a game automatically when you press the PS button? I know you can close application but I'm jsut wondering if it can be done automatically. My system is kin of juddery when navigating the home page whilst a game is still running.
