*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

I'm going to buy another game later, digitally. Is cdkeys the cheapest place to get the codes still? They don't have the £35 ones anymore, so I could get 2 x £25 for about £41. Add a couple of quid from my wallet and I can get a £52.99 game. How quick will I get the code and is it just as simple as liking them on FB and linking your account somehow?

I'm thinking NFS. I have KZ so don't fancy Ghosts or BF4.

Edit: Just realised, codes can't be redeemed at the moment :(

I think it might be 1.03, I don't know how to check, but it added 1080P and a new AA method. It looks stunning, bear in mind I use a 290X and 1440P screen, and this lil PS4 has blown me away in terms of what graphics it can produce. Blag flag is stunning, the story is far more interesting than previous games. I would say it's head and shoulders above the previous games. The main character is a sort of anti hero, much more likeable than the past lead characters. The scope of the game, and different missions, side-quests, you could get lost in this game. very impressive. My boys like to use the ships to hunt for different sea creatures. Lil touches make it very impressive.

In terms of just fun games. I'm enjoying COD Extinction mode the most, better than zombies, level-ling up and all new classes make this the most fun game yet imho.

Codes should be working now as I just redeemed a ghosts code !:D

Last time I checked my ac4 only updated to 1.02 yesterday.
 
I noticed for the headset options in settings on the PS4 theres an option for volume which is always on the mid point. When I change it to a different level and go back it keeps reverting back to the mid point.
 
Out of Knack, Killzone, Madden and that free game, I am surprisingly enjoying the first hour or so out of Knack the most! Gonna pick up FIFA later. Might end up playing that one like 90% of the time like with previous consoles lol.
 
That savy gamer 'hax' ain't gunna work as AC4 seems to have gone back up to $52.99

So come on folks - how can I get a hold of a digital copy of AC4 cherap as poss please? no way I'm paying £52.99 for it!!!

Whilst we can get the disc based version for cheaper I'm really insisting on going digital this gen - I hate discs with a passion - noisey and the kids literally use them as frisbies when I've got my back turned :(
 
Lol where the hell are the videos you make from games stored...i made a 500mb one last night but was no delete option...cant find any harddrive details of whats on it ect...its a little annoying or am i missing something?

Nevermind lol its in settings for some reason

Settings > storage > captures.

Or something like that. It's not that hard to find :p

Ebay the kids and then buy the cd version :D double savings!

Purchase the digital PS3 version from Amazon for $34.99 (£21.41), and then purchase $10 of PSN credit, which you can then use to upgrade it to the PS4 version.

To purchase digital games from Amazon US, use your UK Amazon account, and add a US billing address to your account. This address needs to be a valid US address, but nothing will be sent there, and you can access all your games through their website. Some card issuers may charge a fee.

You will need to register this on a US PSN account, but it will work fine on a UK PS3/PS4.

I read that fromsome website and went hmm seems cheap enough and went and ordered the game assasins creed 4 for ps3 then was going to upgrade.
here is the funny story after purchase i relised the game was not what they said it was i payed $50 for it LMFAO in the process of trying to get refunded with rainforest now :o
